WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE LOCATED?

The 2025 Act Like Men Conference will be held at the KSU Convocation Center at 590 Cobb Ave, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Directions From I-75: Exit 271 / Chastain Road and head West on Chastain Road. Turn right at the first traffic light (Frey Road). At the first traffic light turn left into the East Parking Deck.

ARE THERE RULES FOR THIS VENUE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

Yes! The Kennesaw State University Convocation Center has several important rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Here are some key guidelines to keep in mind:

• No Reentry: Once you exit the venue, reentry is not permitted. Plan accordingly before entering.

• Clear Bag Policy: Only clear bags (or small clutch bags) are allowed inside for security purposes.

• No Outside Food or Beverage: Guests cannot bring outside food or drinks into the venue.

• Prohibited Items: Weapons, large bags, professional cameras, signs on sticks, and other restricted items are not allowed.

• Smoking & Vaping: The venue is a smoke-free and vape-free facility.

• Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.

DO I HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER?

Because tickets are extremely limited, we highly recommend online registration. We cannot guarantee tickets will be available the day of the event.

WHAT IF I ALREADY BOUGHT AN EARLY BIRD TICKET?

If you already purchased an early bird ticket, you do not need to purchase it again. You should receive an email from Kennesaw State University with more information about your ticket.

CAN MY SON COME WITH ME?

Absolutely! Our recommended age for the conference is 12 and older. Registration is required for both you and your son. For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR SOMEONE AS A GIFT?

Yes! Please email info@actlikemenconference.org for a direct link to purchase tickets for friends or family outside your household.

WHERE IS MY TICKET FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Your ticket will be verified through a confirmation email after registration. Please have this ready to show a host as you enter the line for event registration. You will also be given a custom lanyard, which must be worn at all times in order to access the conference venue.

ARE GROUP RATES AVAILABLE?

Yes! Tickets are $49/each for groups of 11 or larger. Please email info@actlikemenconference.org if you would like to purchase group tickets.

IS SEATING ASSIGNED?

We offer open seating throughout the conference. Because of this, we recommend you arrive early to secure your seat.

WHERE DO I PARK?

General Parking: General parking is available at the East Deck parking garage and East Lot. 

Handicapped Parking: Designated parking for those with special needs is available in all campus parking areas. Patrons must display the required handicapped-parking permit. We will have parking lot hosts available to assist you.

WHAT ARE THE CLOSEST AIRPORTS TO FLY INTO?

The closest major airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 35 miles south of Kennesaw State University. Another option is Cobb County International Airport (RYY), about 10 miles away, which serves private and charter flights.
